If one of our agreed-upon systems doesn’t seem to work, it’s perfectly acceptable, and we will rework a plan and start fresh together.
-Integrity. A business partnership will not last long if there isn’t mutual trust and individual integrity. Honesty is an essential trait for suitable business partners. Each of us should feel comfortable leaving the business in the hands of the other for a period of time without worry.
-Vision. We, as good business partners, should be on the same page when it comes to vision. Additionally, we ought to push each other to reach their goals and fulfill the vision. If one partner has a stronger ability to formulate an image and create a plan, then the other partner should be able to support them. A business partnership is a teamwork
